The 7" TFT Display is a 7-inch IPS display module with 1024 x 600 resolution and TTL connectivity. It delivers 1500 cd/m² (nits), rated Sunlight Readable, across a wide -20 ~ +70 (℃) operating range. ## Overview

### A 7" WSVGA panel at 1500 cd/m², backlight driver included

This 7" TFT Display is a bare panel: a 7-inch IPS panel at 1024 x 600 with its own driver circuitry, a parallel TTL interface and the LED backlight driver on the panel.

At 1500 cd/m² (nits) it sits in Sunlight Readable, the top of our five brightness tiers.

#### A 1500 cd/m² backlight with its own driver

A 1500 cd/m² backlight needs a constant-current stage sized for it. Here that stage is on the panel, so the host board supplies a rail and nothing else.

IPS holds colour and contrast well off-axis, so the image reads the same square on or from the side.

### Straight onto your board

1024 x 600 on a 154.21 x 85.92 mm active area gives a 0.1506 × 0.1432 mm pixel. The panel takes that image over parallel TTL, direct from the display controller on an SBC, an MCU or a system-on-module.

- No conversion stage. Parallel RGB arrives at the panel as it leaves the display controller, with no bridge or scaler board in the path.

- Driver circuitry on the panel. The host supplies the pixel data and the timing. The datasheet gives the interface timings and the panel's supply and control lines.

- Native to the processor. Parallel RGB is the panel’s native input, so a host with an RGB display output drives it with no bridge in between.

- Backlight driver on the panel. The constant-current stage is on the panel; the rail comes from the host board.

### Supply over the life of your product

A panel chosen at board level stays in the design for as long as the product ships, which makes the supply arrangement part of the specification rather than a detail after it.

This panel is one of over 500 standard models we hold, with 3–5 year lifecycle support, and changes are notified under our ECN process rather than arriving in a delivery. For programmes that run longer than that, tell us the horizon and we will plan the supply with you from the start.
